Do Power Differently

Center Content founders Krista Kellogg and erin feldman attended the Omega Women's Leadership Intensive: a professional development retreat like no other. For a week in the bucolic Hyde Park region of New York, we gathered with 40 inspired and inspiring women leaders from across industry, personal identity, geography, life-experience, and worldview. Via dialogue, song, dance, contemplative practices, and sharing stories we explored the body-vessel in which we engage the world of ideas and actions, personal and professional values, voice and expression, our vision(s) for the present and future, and the dynamics of voyage, or how to take our learning into our lives and our work. This week taught us how to "Do Power Differently": to shift the paradigm from “power over” others to “power with” others.
